We are seeking a talented individual for a great opportunity to work in our Sales department demonstrating and selling SunCom Wireless phone service and associated products to customers who visit our retail stores and in our retail channel. Engages in company sponsored programs and events to develop new customer prospects or referrals. Assists existing customers with basic service or support needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The qualified candidate would be responsible for initiating interaction with customers in order to sell wireless services and associated products; engage in company-sponsored programs and events; handle and process all sales, returns, payments, and receiving transactions in the system timely and accurate; stocking and cleaning shelves, counters, and tables; setting up advertising displays; processing purchasing transactions; preparing stock inventory; ordering merchandise; and meeting monthly sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS: 

The position requires a one year certificate from a college or technical school or six months to one year of related experience/ training; excellent communication and organizational skills; and the ability to work independently, work with the general public, troubleshoot, problem solve, and provide customer service. Cellular and sales experience is a plus.
