Cellular Specialties Inc. is a leading In-Building Wireless solutions provider for the enterprise market and to all of the major wireless carriers. Due to a recent promotion, we have an immediate job opening for a Regional Sales Executive supporting the South West Region and an additional RSE opportunity in the Pacific Northwest Region. CSI was named the fastest growing privately held Company in NH in 2005 and our revenue and employee projections continue to increase. This position will bring us over the 100 employee threshold and you could be Employee #100!

Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a detailed sales plan to support the company’s revenue projections within the region. The person in this role will establish and implement sales strategies and refine these strategies as the company’s target customers and strategic initiatives evolve. This individual will report to the Director of Sales and work closely with a dedicated internal team consisting of a Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Wireless Designers.

Specific duties and responsibilities will include:

- Building relationships and selling to new customers.
- Strengthening relationships and selling to existing customers.
- Identifying and prioritizing market opportunities for the company’s products and technology.
- Identifying and prioritizing market opportunities for the company’s service solutions.
- Communicating closely with management regarding the competitive landscape.
- Monthly forecasting, prospecting, and account management reporting through contact management application.

Territory for the South West includes: Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado

Territory for the Pacific Northwest includes: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Northern Nevada, Utah, Northern CA including the San Francisco Bay area

Requirements

- Knowledge of wireless communications and In-Building products and applications.
- Demonstrated history of identifying and selling products for or into companies in these sectors.
- A solid background in OEM and channel sales.
