Position Qualifications:

• Familiarity with managing partner and customer initiatives and communications.
• Must have exceptional teamwork and leadership skills.
• BSEE/BSCS or MSEE/MSCS (desired).
• 10+ or more years in software and/or systems engineering management and technical lead experience .
•  Thorough knowledge of system and software development methodologies.
• Strong RF experience wanted.

Experience in at least one of the following areas:

• WLAN(802.11 a,b,g,n), WiMax(802.16-2004, 802-16e-2005)
• Bluetooth
• Cellular Network
• WiMedia (Ultra Wideband)
• Current knowledge of C/C++ programming and documentation.

Also:

• Experience in project/program management fundamentals (Schedule, Deliverables, Change   Management,Systems and Software Development Life Cycles and Quality Processes, Scope, Cost Risk Management).
• Outstanding interpersonal, people management, and written/verbal communication skills.
