Cellular Specialties Inc. is a growing privately-held company with a unique and succesful niche in the wireless industry. Located in our headquarter’s facility in Manchester, NH, this position reports directly to the President of our Products Division. This individual will be responsible for new product planning and succesful management of the product through all stages of the product lifecycle. Liason with Engineering is critical in the building of product roadmaps as well as having a strong RF technical knowledge to address customer issues and analyze future market needs.

DUTIES:
• Consult with customer and marketing team to determine feature & benefits and prioritize product requirements
• Assist in the development of the product vision and ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
• Establish market pricing and technical specifications
• Work closely with the Engineering to develop a technical roadmap
• Plan product development phases and execute throughout the product lifecycle
• Assist in establishing the development process and help ensure the Company adheres to the process
• Prepare and present required reporting to Sr. Management
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales & Marketing to drive product development
• Proactively research the market to identify what is in the foreseeable future and understand the long-term implications of decisions
• Provide technical advice and resolve technical issues when appropriate
• Be an expert relative to the competition
• Perform product demos to the customers
• Brief and train sales team and assist in the development of sales channel strategies

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Product marketing experience involving wireless/electronic products is required
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products within a specified timeframe
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with a variety of contacts
• High attention to detail
• Proven problem solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Solid RF knowledge and In-Building Wireless network experience is preferred
• Knowledge in TCP/IP networking troubleshooting, WiFi, GSM, GPRS, CDMA, EVDO, 3G Packet Data is highly desirable
• Travel as required

EDUCATION:
Minimum level: Bachelors Degree and 5+ years related experience
BSEE and Product Management Certification preferred.
