Position Description
We are mobile brand for the Internet generation. With advanced mobile services, exclusive, high-end, beautiful devices and smart pricing on a nationwide high-speed 3G network, our brand is built for consumers who have mobile at the center of their lives.
Here’s what you’ll be doing at this position:
• Responsible for managing indirect account executives for indirect agent sales, and national retail sales channels in a geographical area.
• Provides leadership and guidance to indirect distribution channels in developing and implementing strategic and tactical business plans that enable channel to exceed goals.
• Functions as an effective interface between personnel and its agents to ensure achievement of established business goals and objectives for these channels.
• Functions as agent “advocate” responsible for internal communication of market conditions, competitive landscape and any/all things that may impact the success of this channel.
• Responsible to identify, select, sign and launch new agent partners
• Responsible for management of partner as it relates to contract terms
• Responsible to meet and/or exceed all sales goals given out by the Director of Sales
• Territory management of the Washington D.C, Philadelphia and Northern Virginia region
Required Skills
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years management experience in channel sales and or business development with proven results
• 3+ years retail sales experience working with indirect distribution partners
• Experience writing compensation plans and negotiating partner contracts
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Disciplined Self starter with strong work ethic
• Strong PC skills with Microsoft Office & Excel
• An entrepreneurial spirit w highest degree of personal integrity and a proven over-achiever
• P&L Responsibility
• Wireless Industry Experience
• Travel to Philadelphia and Northern Virginia
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
