Specific Responsibilities:

Competency Modeling / Structured Interview Process:  Responsible for the development and management of the job analysis and structured interview programs and processes across Company…
- Complete all job analysis activities and generate interview content for identified positions using software tools such as DDI’s Targeted Selection: Access software.
- Act as the single point of contact for all communication regarding job incumbent and manager surveys, data analysis, final competency model development, and interview guide content.
- Act as technical support for Field HR.  This includes assigning IDs and passwords, providing administration support, and conducting necessary training calls with new users.
- Work with recruiting systems team to ensure competency updates are made in PeopleSoft (v. 8.9)
- Collaborate with other business units in the development of large scale competency models

Hiring Process Improvements and Standardization:  Responsible for partnering with Field HR organizations to enhance talent acquisition and retention-related activities…
- Responsible for developing new hiring process tools and templates (such as telephone pre-screen forms and recruiter/candidate communication).
- Manage and update content and related communication regarding candidate and new hire HR processes posted to online HR “Toolkit.”
- Collect and share recruiting best practices information gathered from human resource and recruiting organizations and associations.
- Conduct and/or facilitate information sessions with recruiting teams across company on new hiring processes, tools and templates and recruiting best practices.

Employee Survey Program:  Responsible for the development, deployment, analysis, action planning and communication regarding all aspects of the employee survey program…
- Work with Area and HQ HR leaders and survey vendor to identify survey content and results reporting requirements.
- Oversee all survey implementation activities and create and manage survey communication plan.
- Create executive presentations, specialized reports and communication templates for Area and HQ HR leaders.
- Provide training and support to HR Survey team on accessing and interpreting survey results.

Qualifications:

- 5 years of HR business process experience, with focus on employment selection
- Strong organization and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- An understanding of change management processes
- Experience developing and implementing communication plans and related content
- Proven ability to build alliances, influence others and work in a team environment
- Critical/analytical thinking (uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems)
- Creativity/Innovation (develops and champions new ideas with a focus on continuous improvement)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft a plus
- Familiar with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures, as well as other EEO and OFFCCP regulations and requirements.
- 10 – 15% travel required

Education:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
