Position Specifications
• Hire engineers with the skillset to support testing products
• Hire, retain, train and evaluate the performance evaluations of FAE’s

• Construct and execute training plans to enable FAEs to be productive and effective as quickly as possible
• Develop performance goals and measures to FAEs and give them regular feedback making the appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Deliver customer seminars
• Manage the workload of our team in order to maximize customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with the sales team, product marketing, and engineering teams to create materials.
• Deliver seminars with efficiency, to stimulate customer demand for the product line
• Adequately train all appropriate staff
• Leverage the call management system to manage all high priorities
• Assist engineering to make certain products are defined in a way that can be supported efficiently and give the proper feedback for reviews to make certain products are ready for release
• Work with team in pre-sales and post-sales customer support that meets and exceeds the expectations of our customer base

FAE Manager Requirements:
• Past support/applications engineering experience
• Prior management experience
• BSEE or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 20-30%
• Ability to manage international employees
