DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and build relationships with key wireless OEMs for the sales and ongoing account management for related repair, logistics and asset management programs.
• Understand and define customer requirements for the development of high quality business propositions and service oriented solutions for the customer.
• Optimize internal Company’s relationships to provide ongoing improvements in OEM relations.
• Manage the oversee Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and contract negotiations, while maintaining OEM relationships.
• Lead a client-focused, cross-functional team including Operations, Procurement, Materials, IT and finance to meet ongoing customer commitments.
• Develop and implement strategic business metrics, financial and operational plans and budgets.
• Oversee internal business operations in order to ensure timely deliver to customer targets, while meeting the objectives of TWLP business P&L objectives.
• Recruit and develop an account management team for multiple OEM relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years wireless industry experience with OEM suppliers in product and/or customer service operations
• Proven ability to lead account management teams with internal and external customer focus at all levels of management
• Demonstrated leadership in client engagement with the ability to close deals
• Must have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience in cross-organizational communications needed
• Program management skills and experience needed
• Ability to understand translate operational activities into financial results is a must
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding both individual and team goals, while having the ability to lead, influence and motivate others
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
