Overview

Our Customer Retention team is seeking a Director of Brand Marketing with profit & loss responsibility, and the ability to grow and manage an entire product/service line. The individual will know how to manage a complete business unit from a cross-functional perspective, interacting effectively with a variety of diverse functional departments. The individual must be resourceful and able to identify opportunities, analyze them and recommend plans to fully develop them. This individual must be the Hybrid Services expert in the organization, and be able to lead others with a strategic vision. The individual is responsible for all aspects of specific marketing plans as they pertain to the products under this individual’s management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business requirements, implement, and execute initiatives for new Hybrid programs, its potential derivatives and changes to customer account structure.
  • Creating and implementing marketing initiatives to increase enrollments in the programs and customer account structure.
  • Identifying areas of opportunity that require attention through internal analysis of business dynamics, market research and recommending appropriate strategies.
  • Conduct market and relevant industry analysis to identify target markets and keep Hybrid programs competitive.
  • Work with other business units in managing current business operations and developing new service additions.

Requirements

  • Four year degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Management, or related field. Master of Business Administration preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years experience in marketing management, brand/product management and/or program management.
  • Experience in the development of business plans, pricing models, and other analytical & strategic initiatives.
  • Must be detail oriented, a strategic thinker, and a problem solver.
  • E-commerce experience is highly desirable.
  • Must have 1 to 3 years experience with financial services and/or payment processing (credit cards and/or checking).
  • Must be proficient in MS Office.
