Responsibilities:
|
|
|
- Training Delivery Management – Develops, coaches and creates an environment of excellence with and for all trainers. Directs the delivery of all training, develops and supports the implementation of efficient training tools and methods to reduce training time and increases participant retention. Creates, maintains and modifies monthly/quarterly training schedule as needed.
- Needs Assessment – Assesses training and performance needs for the Region or Area and provides solutions to meet the requirements of the assigned group/function. Directs the creation of all “ad-hoc” training curriculums to meet specific needs.
- Functional Management – Determines and approves personnel activities concerning training and development and approves personnel activities concerning hiring and evaluation of own staff’s performance. Assists in the management and ensures conformity to the Area/Regional training budget.
- Evaluation/Effectiveness - Works with Regional and Area resources to build and maintain standard measurement techniques to understand training completion rates by employee group, training results and effect on achievement of Key Performance Indicators. Interprets these business results and builds practical programs to assist in improving results.
- Subject Matter Expert - Acts as Regional/Area point of contact/liaison for all training requests and works with Regional and Area leadership to prioritize training requests. Supports all Regional, Area and National training delivery and curriculum standards.

Qualifications:
|
|
|
- 4+ years of professional training delivery and/or development experience preferred. Wireless industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory; previous instructional design experience required.
- Ability to identify emerging trends and issues.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills within all levels of the organization
- Previous experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
- Strong leadership, project planning, organization, and probing/listening skills required.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Education, Training, Organization Development or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
