Position Description:

The largest wireless company in the United States, with more than 61 million subscribers who use the nation’s largest digital voice and data network. The Towers Operations team is responsible for managing co-location applications for vertical real estate on AT&T owned towers.

The Co-location Support Manager is part of the Towers Organization. As a project manager, this individual will be responsible for approximately 400 co-location applications per year. The primary focus of this role will be management of a 3rd party support team and insurance of compliance with application review process.
This role has the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Review of co-location applications for the most efficient use of the tower asset
• Review of engineering structural reports
• Ordering/tracking structural reports required for co-location
• Project management of multiple projects
• Interfacing with engineering project managers
• Facilitating weekly deployment calls to track project status
• May act as internal consultant, providing analytical guidance on complex issues
• Help determine strategies, standards, procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
• 6+ years related industry experience
• Knowledge of tower co-locations
• Ability to adhere to processes and procedures
• Initiative, drive and the ability to work in fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant wireless industry experience
• 3+ years experience with site development process
• 3+ years in project management
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and tower diagrams to ensure most efficient use of the tower asset
• Familiarity with Structural Reports
• Familiarity with build process of co-locations (including installation of equipment on the ground)
