The Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of a specific program(s).  They will manage the support staff to ensure the day to day execution of the business is successful.

Basic Job Duties:

- Key liaison for major client group
- Builds relationships with key decision makers
- Responsible for managing account support team to ensure the day to day business is being executed.
- Understand monthly forecasting for programs based on customer needs.
- Work closely with customer counterpart to understand key business objectives.
- Manage programs to ensure scorecard objectives are being exceeded and or met.
- Understand program profitability and influence change to ensure best business practices are in place.
- Create and present presentations to customers to illustrate the performance of the program.
- Work with all key functional areas in the organization to ensure business objectives are being met.
- Minimal travel up to 10%.

Job Specifications:

- 3-5 years of client relations experience needed
- BBA and/or equivalent years of relevant experience
- Proficient in complete Microsoft Office Suite especially Word, Excel, and Power Point for presentations.
- Previous experience managing small teams.
- Flexible and adaptable to continuous change.
- Excellent written and oral communication and follow up skills.
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to customer’s needs in a timely manner.
- Present a professional image of Touchstone Wireless to customer at all times.
- High customer focus.
- 5 years of wireless experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
